Enventis offers a Managed Service as an optional service for a Layer 3 product offerings such as MPLS and Dedicated Internet (DIA). Enventis will manage the WAN equipment at the customer premise extending the management of the service to an Enventis access router or an existing customer owned access router.
Levels
- Monitor and Notify – This optional features provides you with proactive monitoring, customer notification, on-line reports and 24x7 support
- Monitor and Reporting – This optional feature provides you with proactive monitoring, customer notification, on-line reports, 24x7 support, customer provided access router (requires SNMP access to your access router) and trouble resolution
- Fully Managed Service – This optional feature provides you with a fully managed service including the router, circuit, installation and configuration for one monthly fee.
Benefits
With 24x7 Proactive Monitoring we watch the network so you don’t have to. This optional service includes configuration back-up, on-line reports, Cisco access routers, trouble resolution, WAN end-to-end management, SLA and 8x5 support with next business day access router replacement.
