- Discover existing systems and devices
- Complete a comprehensive project design and implementation schedule with customer
- Order and provision all customer equipment and services
- Install and configure equipment (router, phones, and switches), circuits and services as purchased by the customer
- Test installed components and turn-up service
Training
Enventis project managers and engineers with work with you to perform the following training:
- Train your assigned administrator on how the system works and how to access Enventis support
- Schedule and conduct end-user training sessions
- After install and initial training, follow up with additional end user training needs
